The MOI Portal Project involves the development of Portal services for more than 23 MOI sector and branch, also 13 Emirate which have either National responsibility for a functional area of government policy or provide civil administration in a geographic area and where the following definitions apply:Sector - an MOI organization with responsibility for administering theNational policies of the Kingdom in specific functional areas through its Branch Offices located in the Kingdom; and where complex functional responsibilities may be further sub-divided into Departments which provide National administration in a specific area of the Sector’s functional responsibilities.
