Requirements to transfer Vehicle Registration License property:
- Provide the original Registration License.
- Provide a copy of the Civil Affairs ID of the new owner (Saudis.)
- Provide sale contract from an authorized vehicle agency.
- Provide a sanctioned identification letter from sponsor and a copy of Resident Permit (Iqama) (Non-Saudis.)
- Provide a copy of Driving License.
- Pay the required fees.
- Provide a file to save documents.
Transfer Diplomatic Vehicle Registration License property
Requirements to transfer Diplomatic Vehicle Registration License property:
- Provide a letter from the ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Provide Sale Contract from an authorized vehicle agency or embassy, sanctioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Submit Vehicle Registration License along with Registration Plates.
- Provide a copy of the Civil Affairs ID of the owner (Saudis.)
- Provide a copy of Resident Permit (Iqama) of the owner and a sanctioned identification letter from the sponsor (Non-Saudi.)
- Companies and establishments must provide sanctioned property transfer and Commercial Record.
- Pay the required fees.
- Provide a file to save documents.
