Requirements to scrap vehicle:

• Fill-in the specified form completely and stamp it by the scrapping office
• Presence of vehicle owner or his legal representative
• Provide a valid Registration License and Plates
• Provide a copy of Civil Affairs ID (Saudis)
• Provide a copy of Resident Permit (Non-Saudis)
• Provide a paper file to save documents
• The Registration License must be valid

Scrap diplomatic vehicle

Requirements to scrap diplomatic vehicle:

• Provide letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs including all required information along with the Scrapping Permission 
• Fill-in the specified form completely and stamp it by the employer
• Presence of vehicle owner or embassy representative
• Provide Registration License and Plates
• Provide a paper file to save documents
