Change Vehicle Colour

Requirements to change vehicle color:

• Fill-in the specified form completely.
• Presence of vehicle's owner or his legal representative.
• Provide a copy of Civil Affairs ID (Saudis.)
• Provide a copy of Resident Permit (Non-Saudis.)
• Provide the original Registration License.
• The vehicle must be available after changing its color.
