Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior, patronized yesterday, an inauguration ceremony of the Prince Naif Center for Security Innovation and the Women's Security Training Institute at King Fahad Security College (KFSC) in Riyadh.
Upon the minister’s arrival at the venue, the royal anthem was played, after which he placed the cornerstone of the Prince Naif Center for Security Innovation. He also witnessed a signing of a memorandum of cooperation in scientific research field between the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology and King Fahd Security College.
Then, the interior minister saw a short film about the center – which specializes in qualifying the employees of the security authorities on the creativity and innovation culture, and developing techniques relating to the security work.
The minister then opened a Security Training Institute for Women at the KFSC – which has been established to prepare and qualify women for the requirements of implementing field security tasks. The minister was also briefed about the Institute’s facilities.
During his field trip at the college, the minister also inspected a number of classrooms and training fields.
The ceremony was attended by Prince Dr. Turki bin Saud bin Mohammed, President of King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, Prince Dr. Bandar bin Abdullah bin Mishari, Assistant Interior Minister for technology affairs, Deputy Minister of Interior Dr. Nasser bin Abdulaziz Al-Daoud and a number of ministry senior officials.
