The security certificate:
When a user attempt to log in the Portal, he might receive a message regarding the authentication and approval of the security certificate. This is because the National Information Center (NIC) issues the certificate, so the browser needs to be included within the trusted sources.
All certificates are true and valid; and any data exchanged between the user and the Portal is secure and confidential. If you want to hide the message in the future, you can add the source of the certificate to the trusted sources in your browser, and for more information, you can review the help menu in your browser.
