Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior, has approved the civil defense’s general emergency plan – to be implemented in Makkah and Al-Madinah – during the holy month of Ramadan this year 1440 A.H.
The plan focuses on providing the worshippers and visitors of the two holy mosques with safety and security.
The interior minister has directed all government agencies participating in the implementation of the civil defense’s general emergency plan, to gear up by raising their preparedness and taking all necessary measures to safeguard the security and safety of the worshipers and visitors of the two holy mosques during the holy month of Ramadan.
This was announced by Lt. Gen. Sulaiman bin Abdullah Al-Amr, Director General of Civil Defense, who confirmed that Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud is following all the stages of the civil defense preparations and its preventive measures to maintain the safety of the worshipers and visitors of the two holy mosques, and the quick professional dealing with any emergency cases that may affect them.
