Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, inaugurated here tonight, King Salman Center for International Conference in Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah.
Upon arrival at the venue, the king was received by Prince Faisal bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah Region, Prince Saud bin Khalid Al-Faisal, Vice Governor of Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah Region, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior, Mohammed Al-Jadaan, Minister of Finance, and other senior, civil as well as military, officials.
The king toured the center, where he reviewed a replica of the center and was briefed on the project, by the Minister of Finance on its total size and overall capacity of the main auditorium and the main multi-purpose halls and other administrative, technical, back up and media accessories annexations.
Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, also, attended a visual presentation, at the main hall and watched a display of King Abdulaziz Complex project for endowment libraries, envisioned to entertain a rare collections of manuscripts, some which are dated to over one thousand years, ago, including a Holy Quran handwritten version dated before 940 years.
The ceremony was concluded, as the Monarch received souvenirs, in commemoration of the royal occasion.
