Introduction
The General Directorate of civil defense believes its duty is to serve the injured. As a supplement to the increasing role in aiding the needy, the Civil Defense is issuing these bulletins on first aid as a series of jihad carried out by the Directorate in the service of the citizen and resident.
Many people do not know how to act in emergencies; therefore, they are in a state of confusion followed by a state of fear owing to lack of knowledge. Proper training allows learning to overcome hard cases, to seek help correctly and to provide appropriate care that save lives.
The relief system is designed to raise the chances of survival by providing immediate and appropriate care in the field and during the trip to hospital.
