Director of Al-Jouf region passport department, Brig. Gen. Mohammed bin Mugrin Al-Zamil, has opened a self-service office at the region's passport department building – a step that enables the elderly and people with special needs to register and activate their accounts in Absher service, and execute their electronic transactions.
The office has been equipped with trained human cadres and high-tech modern devices, to ensure a quicker and easier service provision to the users.
The move is an extension of the keenness of the General Directorate of Passports to provide e-services to all sections of society.
