The General Directorate of Narcotics Control (GDNC) has apprehended in Jeddah three residents of Pakistani nationality who were involved in an attempt to sell the narcotic substance methamphetamine (shabu). Legal measures have been taken against the culprits, and they have been referred to the Public Prosecution for further action.
The security authorities urge citizens and residents to report any information regarding drug smuggling activities. They can do so by calling the number (911) in Makkah, Riyadh, and the Eastern regions or the number (999) in the rest of the kingdom's regions. Alternatively, individuals can contact the General Directorate of Drug Control at the number (995) or via email at 995@gdnc.gov.sa. The GDNC assures that all reports will be handled with strict confidentiality.
