Stemming from the National information Center's keenness to facilitate the request procedure for center's services customers, a Customer Relations Management (CRM) system has been created, to become the main communication channel for requesting the services. The system will support quality and increases the effectiveness of dealing through a unified communication system, which will help in reducing costs and increasing the productivity by automating service requests procedures.
