Why do I register in MOI portal?
Ministry of Interior allows you utilizing of several e-services through your registration on its e-portal in a few minutes; from these services:
  • Employment services.
  • Passports services.
  • Civil Affairs services.
  • Traffic services.
  • And many more of important services.

How can I register in MOI portal?

Click on “New User?" on the top of homepage, then follow the next steps:

For Registration Process,  Press Steps(1 - 2 - 3)

First Step: Entering User Info:
  • Enter your ID/residence ID number.
  • Entering an invalid mobile number will result in registration failure.
  • Using someone else's identity instead of your own identity in registration is illegal.
  • This is your private mobile number. Please don't use it in any other account to avoid number cancellation.
When you complete entering this data, an activation code will be sent to the phone number; then you can proceed to the next step.

Second Step: Confirmation
In this step the system will ask you to:
  • Enter the verification code, In order to verify the validity of information, and then proceed to the next phase.

Third Step: Registration Completion.

Last Step: Activate your account on the MOI portal; citizens and residents can activate their accounts by the following:
  1. Registration and Activation Offices:
    Visit one of registration and activation offices which are spread all over the Kingdom.
    Your account is activated by one of Passports and Civil Affairs employees.

  2. Banks (Riyad Bank – Alrajhi bank – Bank Albilad – Bank
    AlJazira - Alahli Bank - Samba Bank - Sabb Bank-
    ANB - Alinma Bank- Banque Saudi Fransi- Alawwal Bank -
    Saudi Investment Bank).

  3. Self-services machines:
    These machines enable you activating your account without visiting registration
