Maj. Gen. Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Yahya, General Director of General Directorate of Passports (GDP), received on Monday at his office in Riyadh, Alawi bin Haj Ibrahim, Secretary General of the Malaysian ministry of internal affairs and an accompanying delegation.
At the beginning of the meeting, the GDP chief welcomed the delegation in Saudi Arabia. He said that the passport directorate seeks to provide the best services and facilitate the procedures of residents and visitors through the (Absher) and (Muqeem) e-portals, affirming that the residing and visiting Malaysian nationals are highly appreciated and respected in Saudi Arabia.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to facilitate the procedures for the Malaysian community, who benefit from the services provided by the passport directorate.
