Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Qaseem region, patronized yesterday, a graduation ceremony of the 8th batch of tasks and duties course of Special Emergency Forces (SEF), at the headquarters of Forces Command in the region.
Attending the ceremony were Director of Public Security, Lt. Gen. Othman bin Nasser Al-Mihrij, commander of Special Emergency Forces, Lt. Gen. Khalid bin Qarar Al-Harbi, along with the director of region's police, Major General Bader Al-Talib and the security leaders in the region.
A speech ceremony prepared for the occasion was held; it was commenced with a recitation of verses from the holy Quran.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the governor of the region handed over the certificates to the first-ranked graduates, honored the supporters – government and private departments, and received a commemorative gift.
Then, Prince Faisal bin Mishaal inaugurated the preparation and training center, toured in the accompanying exhibition, met with the children of the martyrs of duty, and took pictures with them.
