Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, sent a cable of congratulations to President Tui Atua Tupua Tupuola Efi Tamasese of the independent state of Samoa, on the anniversary of his country's independence day.
In his cable, the crown prince wished the president permanent good health and happiness, and his people further progress and prosperity.
