  • How can I answer verifying questions, I did not answer them before?
    • You did not answer these questions, these questions for checking your ID.

      The questions as follows:

      When you select a question about passports no.:
      You should have a valid passport; insert your complete passport number (letters and digits).
      When you select a question about ID no. of one your independents:
      Insert one of your family ID no. (Wife or sons/daughters):
      When you select a question about sponsor ID.
      Insert Father’s ID number or husband for married woman.
      When you select a question about ID validation:
      Insert your ID number which is written on your ID card.
      When you select a question about Iqama validation:
      Insert your Iqama number which is written on the system, to check the validity date click here.

  • I am sure of my mobile number while I am filling the field of resetting the password, but the following message appears “Please enter a valid mobile number”.
    • You enter your mobile number without zero number, Ex. (5########).

  • While I am trying to reset my password, image code does not appear to me.
    • Change your browser (Internet Explorer / Chorme / Firefox ..) and try again.

  • What should I do in case of that mobile number is not registered?
    • Please visit registration and activation center to update your mobile number and reset your password, please click here.

  • What should I do in case of that mobile number is not in conformity?
    • Please visit registration and activation canter to update your mobile number and reset your password, please click here.

  • I am outside Kingdom, how can I update my mobile number to reset my password?
    • Now you can update mobile numbers only via self-service machine or Staff for Activation inside Kingdom.

  • I had registered my mobile number to another account, while I am trying to reset my password; this message appears “your mobile number is not in conformity, what I should do?
    • Please visit registration and activation canter to update your mobile number and reset your password, please click here.

  • I have password but I forgot username.
    • You can use your ID/iqama number as username.

       

  • I am sure of my username and password, but a message appears that the user name or password is incorrect.
    • Check language typing in your keyboard language (it should be English), capital, and small letters.

New User
  • How can I register in Absher service?
    • You can register in Absher via Ministry of Interior's e-portal or through self-service machines. To know registration and activation locations click here.

  • How can I activate in Absher service?
    • You can activate your account in Absher services through on of the following choices:
      - Self-service machines
      - Civil Affairs and Passports activation staff.
      - Or through authorized bank.

  • While I am trying registration, a message appears to me that the current ID number holder does not have independent national identity or iqama.
    • One of the registration conditions that the new user should have independent national identity or iqama.

  • Can I register one number in more than one Abhser account?
    • No, you cannot.

  • I am outside Kingdom, how can I activate my Absher account?
    • Via applying a request on Ministry of Foreign Affairs website, click here.

  • While I am trying to register a new user, a message appears “this ID number already registered”.
    • Please reset your password and use ID number as username.

       

  • I would like update my mobile number.
    • Please visit registration and activation canter to update your mobile number and reset your password, please click here.

  • Self-service machines shows that fingerprint is not matching.
    • In such case, please visit Staff for Activation in MOI portal, click here.

  • I have inquiries and problems are nor mentioned, what should I do?
