Application of the issuance of national ID cards using central printing system in all branches and offices of civil affairs.
Activation of mobile offices to provide civil affairs services to the citizens at their whereabouts (hospitals, nursing homes, prisons, universities, ministries, etc.); and a civil affairs kit (an office to issue the national identity) has also been applied in a trial phase, to be circulated to all regions of the Kingdom.

Establishing and opening of model offices and offices in the commercial market for men and women.
Application of e-appointment booking in most civil affairs sites.
Government military sectors have been allowed to change profession of their employees via the e-service portal of the ministry of interior.
