Now, from office, home or from anywhere, you can authorise a government agency to have access to your data. You no longer need to visit a civil affairs' office to get your data printed.
“Bianati” is a service that enables any citizen to delegate any government sector, which applies this Service to receive the reviewers, to get access to the citizen’s data authorised by Civil Affairs, review them and finalise the required procedures for the citizen; thus, the citizen does not need to get his data printed from Civil Affairs. The service has been implemented in a number of government sectors, and work is underway on the rest of sectors.
Using the Service:
To benefit from the service, a citizen must register at the MOI Portal to have a user name and password, and then follow these steps:
Log in the MOI e-portal.
Go to e-services – public e-services – Civil Affairs – Bianati.
Answer an optional question on applicant’s information.
Choose a sector to be authorised access to data.
Approve a confirmation message.
The authorisation process is finished; you are able to print it and visit the sector.
