The General Directorate of Passports (GDP) confirmed that all departments will continue to provide services in emergency cases during the Eid Al-Adha holiday.
GDP Director General Maj. Gen. Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Yahya explained that the passport departments across the Kingdom will continue to work during the Eid holiday, to receive and finalize emergency situations that can not be postponed or executed electronically during working hours, whereas the departments at land, sea and air ports are working around the clock.
He urged all citizens and residents to register and take advantage of the e-Passport Services (Absher - Muqim) to execute most of the services without a need to visit the departments, pointing out that the Directorate receives inquiries and observations through the official e-mail: 992@gdp.gov.sa.
